同名的一本书，准备读。今天终于看完了，一直拖延着，不想面对这个话题。今天有一点时间，一个人细细的观看，觉得意犹未尽。面对死亡，如何做一个从容淡定的智者，是我们每一个人必修的功课，为自己的人生不留遗憾做好准备。纪录片有点短，没有太深入，看书应该信息量大的多，也以利于更深入的思考

在看《最好的告别》这本书，找到了作者的视频，又激发了想去瓦拉纳西的念头，近几年被意义所困，被痛苦所困，被未知所困，人终究困于精神永久地困于肉体，从这种意义繁衍后代继承精神有一定的意义，不灭的渴望活下去的生命力，才是每个生命体需要不断激发和保持下去的决定性动能～

頗具哲理的一部作品，尤其是兩爺孫在討論死亡的時候讓我感觸。當醫生和病患走到“為何放棄治療”的節點時，我為這個句子被濫用和遭褻瀆感到可悲。

虽说人终有一死，但是人还是很难接受，寿命不如自己预期的那么长。看到镜头里的那一双双眼睛，我在想，我肯定没有他们那么坚强和乐观，对于我来说，我想都不敢想，因为那真的让人崩溃。PS：癌症真的太可怕，直接摧毁整个人的身心，希望我们国家对于临终关怀这一块能越来越好一点。

我们不讨论死亡，忌讳讨论死亡，是因为我们害怕分离，还有做好准备，但该面对的还是要面对，我们到底应该怎么面对死亡。

"Accepting that life can be shorter than we want is very difficult." 关于临终关怀的纪录片，我相信人们有权利选择如何逝去，若病痛超过自己和亲友的承受范围，安乐死不失为一个选择。在美国，俄勒冈和加州都已通过了允许安乐死的法律，希望这些试点能变成未来的趋势。
