It is about Ivan (Claudio Botosso), a robbery witness, who takes cover in the basement of a Chinese restaurant where he is transported through a mysterious door to an exotic beach in a distant land with brilliant twin suns! This surrealistic world has strange creatures and beautiful native girl Eva (Amanda Sandrelli), her bizarre father (Bernard Blier), an eccentric inventor. Eva falls in love with Ivan and the adventures multiply and transform Ivans life. This is a fun-filled romantic comedy in a whimsical land of fantasy.

过于沙雕，然而我竟然看完了……整部电影和中餐厅基本没关系。最喜欢抢劫银行前后那段，太有喜感，全片精华。

动画大师Bruno Bozzetto第四部长片亦是唯一真人长片，他自己说受回到未来启发，这不就是任意门么，不晓得姥爷有么有看过哆啦A梦，依然保持动画般天马行空幽默风趣，两个太阳，子弹延迟，天堂的想象就是蓝天白云椰林树影水清沙白么，

老爷爷的全真人电影 实在是 难以形容！特别喜欢的是抢银行那一段，前景和背景都在演，似足雅克大地的玩乐时光。
