Class-based drug war。美帝時期修過一門film的課,這是當時的extra credit作業,特地花了一整天時間跑到Denver的theatre去看。最後拿了A+。
震撼,毒品战争的背后其实就是对贫穷失业人群的隔离和灭绝,我的天,这纪录片太震撼人心了,层层递进,一步步剥开整个系统的吃人之处!感觉看到了未来的中国。
犯罪学放的片子。当发现为打击贩毒大量入狱都是为了满足种族歧视心理和一些消除边缘人物的手段时,相较于依旧处于劣势的黑人来讲,早年移民吸着大烟的中国人也算是幸运的一群了。
字幕是Google翻译的,看得泪流满面,看一半猜一半,还好美剧看得多,呼。
保障法律必然会让我们失去些别的东西,这就是文明的代价。非常不喜欢这个影片的视角,好像是在为吸毒者开脱。

上课的时候老师放给我们看,很有意思的纪录片,整个社会都在歧视穷人和弱者,可是叙述角度太不客观了,还不如一直都用nany的角度来叙述
