　　A fallen electrical cable zaps Radar the Police Car and grants him special powers, but his new found energy brings new found responsibilities. Radar now has what it takes to stand up to the Badger Brothers; a shady duo plotting to steal and bottle the town's water supply. With the help of his friend, Dottie the Otter, Radar must defeat the criminals to save the town - and the environment!

不错的动画片，但不是那种太适合成年人看的...会觉得略无聊...

#bfa中放#挪威动画展：鸟类印随的故事略显低幼但真的很好看，自然背景和动物毛发的质感都超棒；蠢萌女汉子水獭真•抢戏精，不解风情的波力迪扮妈感人，小邋遢唱歌减肥蒙太奇观易行难(《全金属外壳》)

作为动画长篇来讲还凑活吧，看着挺欢乐，一家人都很开心就好了，再者说这片子还算有点故事的那海狸挺2的，而且我发现片中细节刻画很到位，尤其是那与我朝想象的狗腿子，用超级大悍马来讨好主子，你瞧瞧这多往咱心坎儿里送啊！
