　　Zdenka Fantlová tells her miraculous story full of upheavals and extreme situations, from the happiness of the First Republic, through Terezín and meeting the great love of her life, through Auschwitz, Gross-Rosen, Mauthausen, her transport, a death march and Bergen-Belsen, where she was saved by a British soldier. She is a charismatic story-teller with an excellent memory, attention to detail, and moreover still has unbelievable charm even though well into her eighties. It is not just her story, but also the way in which she tells it that provides such a remarkable experience. This film emerged as a part of the open series of Helena Trestikova's Memory of the 20th Century Series.
